Leadership Development Training
Leadership Development Training: At Avenger Squadron, we prioritize leadership training by educating our cadets in their leadership coursework, and providing practical leadership skills. Outside of Avenger Squadron, Sea Cadets offers trainings such as Petty Officer Leadership Academy and also provides cadets to staff trainings, which will give them a hands-on approach to leadership. This will prepare the next generation of leaders and help cadets stand out from their peers. - Prepares cadets for the future and beyond - Gives cadets opportunities to hear from both former and current military personnel - Teaches skills such as accountability, mentorship, etc.
Community Volunteer Projects
Organizes community-driven projects to encourage youth participation in societal enhancement, from environmental endeavors to supporting local nonprofits.
